Where do certifications and registration go?
Immediately after the summary, since practising is conditional on them. List state registration first, then manual therapy, dry needling or specialist courses with the provider and year. Employers also use those courses to decide which clinic list you can take on from week one.
How do I move between settings, for example hospital to private clinic?
Rewrite the caseload line for the target setting. Private clinics care about appointment throughput, retention and self-directed rehab programmes, hospitals care about acute complexity and multidisciplinary work. Keep the same numbers but foreground the ones that match.
